1. Standard Cooling & Curing Process and Time Allocation
After the plastic powder inside the mold is fully melted and evenly adhered to the mold inner wall, the cooling process must start immediately. The mold continues rotating throughout the entire cooling phase to prevent plastic sagging, deformation, or uneven wall thickness caused by gravity.
